My name is Karina, and I am a UX Designer based in London who is passionate about user research.
I worked in digital design roles in Adtech for ten years and committed to UX Design in 2022. However, I touched on UX Design throughout my career:
At Oracle, I created designs of client websites for A/B testing.
At Criteo, I designed interactive banner ads and reiterated them based on creative performance data.
My designs optimised the conversion rates of hundreds of companies.
After years of working in advertising, I needed a change and wanted to use my skills to make people’s lives easier. I discovered my fascination with user research where my curiosity about human behaviour came in more than handy.
Working with international clients and technical and commercial teams shaped my eagerness to listen with empathy, understand people’s needs, and get to the core of a problem.

Besides UX, I explore nature, art, creativity and psychology.
I grew up in the countryside and have always loved nature. To recharge, I enjoy walking in the park or hiking in the forest.
My love for collage began during my studies when I discovered how to tell a story and capture emotions by using different materials.
My roots are in graphic design and over the years, I have enjoyed working with creatives of any kind. These projects are with, for or inspired by others.
I've delved into the human mind through various methods. Nonviolent communication has taught me to listen and communicate empathetically.
